Isn't it wonderful to know that no matter how difficult things in this world may get...this is as bad as it will ever be for a believer? With government bail-outs, trillion dollar debt, socialism and yes even fascism taking over our land once known for its independence and freedom, socialized medicine on the way and being taxed on every possible level, etc., isn't it reassuring to know that we are only pilgrims passing through here? Doesn't it do your heart good to know that even as evil as this world may get, this evil will pale in comparison to the riches of His glory, to being in His presence, to knowing what it is like to bask in the light of the Holy One? I leave you with this wonderful thought today dear Christian. This was taken from the daily Grace Gems.

I always need to be reminded that Christians are citizens of heaven, yet it is hard while on earth for me to live here without trying to fix things! Changing people's hearts is the only thing necessary to improve the world we live in, and even though that is the Holy Spirit's job, for some reason I think he needs my help. Thank you for your posting, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Tim Hawkins. I've never seen him before, so please share more of your favorites. Our family gathered around the computer to watch them, and laughed so much we had to rewatch several times to catch what we missed the first time.
I am glad you enjoyed it Lois. I have known about him for about three years now and periodically check his website or you tube for any new things he might be doing. His song parody's are my absolute favorites. Only thing I would caution is that sometimes he gets a little carried away in his humor...nothing vulgar or anything, but may say some things that you wouldn't want your children repeating. So, when watching some of his videos, you may want to preview. He has some hilarious routines on parenting and marriage though. I will try to post more of him periodically. The only reason I haven't before now is that I literally just figured out how to do it! I am a little technoligically challenged!
