Hopefully, as we go along with this series, you may find some other things to help out.

Robin,
It can be difficult changing the family routine, but when you do it in small steps...it doesn't seem so drastic to them.

Chelle,
So funny you should mention soda...I plan to tackle that next. But, it sounds like you have some great health choices already in play. I too get so bogged down with all the things we 'should' be doing to keep our family healthy. Someitmes I have to step back and consult my husbands advice as I tend to try and do too many things and leave myself exhausted!

Over recent years we have cut out almost commercial cereals, junk food and most things pre-packaged. We eat our own beef, turkey, chicken and eggs and buy as much organic as we can; recently we were able to source raw milk. The milk was such a 'big deal' because the Irish government have made it illegal for a farmer to sell his raw milk to the public..so there is an 'underground' raw milk movement! Haha!

God BlessSarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04296160521061184886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7363686740952854227.post-86890595082473621572011-02-25T17:15:28.760-05:002011-02-25T17:15:28.760-05:00I am glad you have these post on Friday's.
